Abstract
Antrochoanal polyp(ACP) is usually unilateral and occurs most commonly in children.
However, bilateral ACP in children is extremely rare. In this paper, we report two such
cases of bilateral antrochoanl polyps removed by functional endoscopic sinus surgery and
discuss the etiology, diagnosis and management of nasal polyps in children.
